Atau 1/2 cup untuk loyang 7" x 7" Kukus setiap lapis. Sekurang-kurangnya 10 minit.  PASTIKAN MASAK DULU SEBELUM KUKUS LAPISAN BARU. Sejukkan selama 3 jam. Potong pakai pisau plastik. Boleh bagi jiran. Kalau nak makan petang, buat pagi / tengahari. A. Weird Fresh Pasta and Noodles

Yellow noodles / ramen 1 tsp baking soda 1 cup water 1. Boil 5 min until left with 1/2 cup. 2. Set aside to cool. 500gm flour 180ml water 1 1/2 tsp kansui (lye water)  (Since we are using baking soda water, strength might be weaker than traditional kansui. Maybe to increase volume of baking soda water) 1/2 tsp salt 1. Knead stiff dough. Rest 1 hour at room, 4 hour in fridge. 2. Pasa through pasta machine multiple times to flatten & get the desired thickness. 3. Better use potato starch or corn starch to dust and prevent sticking, instead of all purpose flour. Weird Cornflakes Madu

Note 1 : Inspired by Ingredients 150gm salted butter 150gm condensed milk 150gm honey A dash of vanilla essence 250gm cornflakes Nestle Steps 1. Preheat oven with fan to 180°C about 20-30 minutes. 2. In a pan, combine honey, condensed milk and butter. Cook on top of medium to low heat on the stove until mixture are frothy and light. 3. Once frothy (to the desired thickness), turn off the heat and add in cornflakes. Mix until all cornflakes are coated with honey. 4. Spread on pan lined with baking paper / paper cup and bake in oven for another 15 minutes.
