120gm all purpose flour (supposedly rice flour ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜)
40gm tapioca flour
1/4 tsp fine salt
1/2 tsp fine sugar
1 tbsp (7gm) cooking oil
300ml warm water
Steam in a well-oiled shallow pan.
Use two pans for faster replacement.
Sweet Bean Sauce
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 tbsp taucu
2 tbsp all purpose flour
2 tbsp corn flour
6 tbsp sugar (can add more if needed)
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp cooking caramel
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 cups water
Blend finely.
Cook until boiling.
