Lazy Japanese Morinaga Pancake Thick

4 eggs
4 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla essence

1/2 cup (60gm) all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder

3 tbsp milk
Oil (for greasing pan)
Water (for steam)

Cubed butter
Honey or maple syrup

Whisk eggs, sugar and vanilla essence into genoise.
Sift in flour and baking powder in batches. 
Whisk continuously.
Add milk. Whisk.
Makes 2 hotcakes in 8" frypan on lowest fire.
Use spoon.
Scoop 1st, close lid. Let top slightly dry.
Scoop 2nd, add 1 tbsp water, close lid.
Scoop 3rd, add 1 tbsp water (if dry), close lid.
Flip, add 1 tbsp water, close lid.
Done.
