Lazy Potato Corn Dog / Gamja Hot Dog

Dough

240gm all purpose flour

240gm warm water

2 tbsp condensed milk

1/2 tsp fine salt

6gm (2 tsp) instant dry yeast

1. Combine all. Store in the fridge overnight.

Corn dog

5 large hotdog / 10 halved hot dogs

3 large potatoes, boiled and cooled down

2 cups bread crumbs

Icing / fine sugar, for dusting

Tomato sauce, mustard sauce
